At Daybreak, we know what kind of people to recruit and we know the level of training they should have before coming to your home. Dependable adult home care service companies recruit and train individuals who are compassionate about what they do and provide the kind of care they would their own family members. Our on-site training facilities verify and teach the skills necessary to safely care for the elderly no matter what health issues exist.
More than a third of family caregivers surveyed, expressed that caring for a loved one was affecting their (other) job performance negatively. With so many time pressures on today's families, it certainly makes sense to find a local company like Daybreak that can offer the kind of care families’ loved ones provide.

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation to you and your staff for the wonderful care you have provided my mother over the last year and a half. Life has been very difficult for her since we lost our dad. Your caregivers have been sensitive to her special needs. They are always on time and neat in appearance. They have not been caregivers, but companions as well. On occasion, they have demonstrated their thoughtfulness through a candy bar or box of chocolates. This has been a huge source of comfort to Mom. Shari has always been professional and accommodating with last minute changes. She is very careful to match up the client's needs and personality with the caregivers. There has never been a time I couldn't reach her almost immediately by phone, even on weekends. She is truly an asset to DayBreak.
We look forward to our continued relationship with your company.
Nearly a year ago, I was asked to help find 24-hour care for a dear friend. Your name was given to me by a staff member at the office of my friend's doctor. An interview with you convinced me that DayBreak Adult Care Services could handle our needs.
The months since have confirmed my original impression. You took great care to see the right people were assigned to look after my friend. I hope that these two conscientious and capable workers will be with her for as long as she needs care. I feel that Ethel and B. J. take a personal interest in her well being. They go beyond the basic framework of duties when necessary.
We have found your employees to be punctual, dependable, knowledgeable and pleasant. We have found your business practices to be honest and fair, with billing easy to understand. In short, we have been pleased with the services of DayBreak Adult Care and would recommend you and your company to anyone needing in-home care.
